Not quite. DefenderNet uses reports from trained and trusted communities to create a global block list to automate removing reported users from communities, but it does not automatically ban those users or share report details with servers.

No! DefenderNet is completely free for all communities using our Discord bot and/or Minecraft plugin and have this installed!

Trusted Communities are carefully selected and trained in trust, safety, and moderation best practices. They play a key role in strengthening the DefenderNet network by upholding high community protection standards.

DefenderNet classifies online challenges into 20 violation categories, following Trust and Safety best practices. This ensures consistent reporting and effective knowledge sharing across the network.

A predator or bad actor banned for severe harm in a DefenderNet Trusted Community will likely seek new communities to target. DefenderNet blocks them before they can join, protecting your community from repeated offenses.
